Bank payments completed before December 28, 2025, will be credited as usual, upon receipt. Payments made on December 29, 2025, will be credited by 15:00 (Moscow time) on December 30, 2025. If funds don’t appear in your balance by then, please send us your payment documents by 20:00 (Moscow time) on December 30, 2025. We will verify the payment and credit the funds accordingly.
Payments made from December 30, 2025, to January 11, 2026, will be processed on January 12, 2026.
During this period, we recommend topping up your balance using card payments. Funds are credited within 1–2 minutes.
