Summary of the Selectel Control Panel and DNS Availability Issues:
We observed partial inaccessibility of resources over HTTPS/TLS. The presumed cause is the introduction of new DPI filtering rules affecting routes to Selectel. Issues related to network connectivity and DNS operation have been ruled out.
At this time, Selectel resources are operating normally and no internal connectivity issues have been identified.
Recommended Actions:
To restore access, resource owners should submit information about their resources through the Technological Network Owner’s Personal Account (VTS Personal Account). For detailed instructions, please refer to the official documentation.

The network connectivity anomaly affecting our resources is occurring at intermediate network nodes operated by third-party providers, making it difficult for us to directly influence the situation.
Additionally, we are experiencing disruptions affecting DNS services, resulting in domain name resolution issues. The problem has been localized, and our engineers are already working on a resolution.
We are currently experiencing issues with the availability of the Selectel Control Panel for users connected through certain internet service providers. Our specialists are aware of the situation and are actively working to resolve it.
