Problem with network availability before esia.gosuslugi.ru

At the moment:
— the issue has been localized outside of Selectel’s infrastructure;
— network equipment and services in the Saint Petersburg region are operating normally;
— the impact of filtering systems and Anti-DDoS on the Selectel side has not been confirmed;
— communication is ongoing with the backbone operator and the Gosuslugi side to clarify the root cause and recovery timelines.

The incident is external in nature and is outside of our direct control. We continue to monitor the situation and coordinate with all involved parties.

We are currently fixing a problem with the availability of domain resources. esia.gosuslugi.ru from the infrastructure in the Saint Petersburg region.

At the moment, specialized specialists are already working on solving this problem.
