Planned work on upgrading the cloud platform in ru-7a from 05-08-25 08:00 MSK to 05-08-25 13:00 MSK

Dear customer!

On August 05, 2025, from 08:00 to 13:00, scheduled equipment upgrades will be carried out on the Cloud Platform hosts where your virtual machines are hosted. In this regard, each VM is expected to reboot and be unavailable over the network for up to 10 minutes during the specified time period.

If this work interval is not suitable for you, you can recreate the VM from the image yourself at any time convenient for you, up to August 5th.

If both options do not suit you, you can request in the ticket system a change in the time of scheduled work within 10-17 Moscow time to the interval specified in the notification.
