Problem with creating servers in Cloud platform in ru-7 pool

On January 28, 2025, there was a failure in the software responsible for managing cloud network services in RU-7. As a result, from 12:24, errors were recorded in the control panel and the inability to create, change, or delete virtual machines and cloud networks in the RU-7 availability zone via API.
The virtual machines, networks, network drives, and other cloud services in the RU-7 zone that were already running at the time of the accident were not affected and continued to be available. However, attempts to change the configuration of virtual machines or cloud network parameters led to their subsequent unavailability due to problems with applying these changes. Other Cloud availability zones were not affected and continued to operate stably.
The failure was promptly recorded by system engineers, and all efforts were made to eliminate it. The problem was quickly localized, but its solution took a long time. The failure in the control software led to an unexpected and avalanche-like increase in the load on the control nodes of one of the infrastructure segments.
At the moment, the infrastructure load has been stabilized and is controlled manually. However, management of virtual machines, networks and other cloud services in RU-7 remains unavailable. We continue to work on eliminating the consequences of the failure. Completion of the work and restoration of the service is expected, approximately, within two hours.
Partial impact on availability of existing resources in ru-7 is recorded.
